Original (Initial) Permits  (Per Laboratory Unit) - Labs Up to and Including 2,500 Square Feet in Area $210.00
Original (Initial) Permits  (Per Laboratory Unit) - Labs Exceeding 2,500 Square Feet in Area $315.00
For Renewal Permits - Labs Up to and Including 2,500 Square Feet in Area $105.00
For Renewal Permits - Labs Exceeding 2,500 Square Feet in Area $210.00

Permit Length

  • One Year

Application Requirements

  • Submission of Building Department approved documents
