  • A permit is required to store, handle or use flammable solids in quantities exceeding those set forth in Fire Code Table 105.6(4). (PDF)

Permit Length

  • A FDNY inspector will visit the premise annually and perform an inspection prior to permit expiration

Application Requirements

  • Submission of Building Department approved documents

  • Certificate of Fitness
    C-91 Supervision of Storage, Handling and Use of Hazardous Materials
