E-14 Powder Carrier – Apprentice Blaster

About

A Certificate of Fitness is required for an apprentice Blaster, assisting the Blaster with loading:
(Preparing primer cartridges and charges, wiring / hookup, setting off the shots) and recording quantities of explosives and shot used.

This Certificate of Fitness is valid only for the person who applied for it and can be used anywhere within New York City.

  • Renewal Cycle: 1 Year

Before You Submit Your Application

You must pass a written exam to get an E-14 Certificate of Fitness.
