C-36 Supervision of Storage and Handling of Hazardous Materials in Retail Stores

Certificate Description

A Certificate pf Fitness is required for a supervision of storage and handling of aerosols, corrosive/oxidizing materials, and flammable & combustible liquids when any of these hazardous materials requiring permit. This C-36 Certificate of Fitness authorize the Certificate of Fitness holder for supervising the storage and handling the hazardous materials including aerosols, corrosive/oxidizing materials, and flammable & combustible liquids in retail stores. This Certificate of Fitness is valid only at a specific location and for the specific person to whom it is issued.

• Renewal Fees: $15
• Application Reviewed Within: 5 Days
• Renewal Cycle: 3 Years

This Certificate of Fitness can only be obtained by meeting the special qualification requirements. All applicants must  review the Notice of Exam.
