Contractors Open House

Hosted by Brooklyn Borough President Eric L. Adams, this open house and networking event was hosted for locally-based Brooklyn construction contractors and sub-contractors. Short presentations highlighted new contract processes and procedures to assist in creating greater diversity and opportunity. The topics covered included:

• Department of Design and Construction’s upcoming construction project pipeline
• Changes to subcontracting reporting
• Equitable Business Opportunities

The program featured introductions by DDC Commissioner Dr. Feniosky Peña-More, Brooklyn Borough President Eric L. Adams, and Director of the Mayor’s Office of Contract Services, Lisette Camilo.
