2025-2026 Program Year

Effective 6/30/2025, DCAS will not accept submissions for Additional Activities Pre-Approval Forms for the 2024-2025 Program Year.
This form is for schools that have a registered MOU only.
A participating school must submit one form for each single event or recurring events.
Forms must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the start of an event. All requests should be submitted for future events. DCAS will not provide retroactive approvals for afterschool activities requests.

The Department of Citywide Administrative Services (DCAS) will use this application to review all 2025-2026 submissions from non-public schools accepted into the Non-Public School Security Guard Reimbursement Program for program years eight through ten.

This webpage will become inactive once all funds for the 2025-2026 Program Year have been allocated or at any time DCAS determines during the program year. If you need assistance completing the application, contact the Non-Public School Security Reimbursement Program at DCAS.
