How to Rent Event Space

DCAS Special Events will work with client(s) to identify space, availability, and event needs.

1. Select a venue.
2. Check availability by submission of an Special Events and After-Hours Facility Services Request Form and you will be contacted by DCAS Special Events.
3. Submission of online permit application along with a processing fee of $25.50.
4. DCAS Special Events will follow up with you to start the approval process.
