Submit a Freedom of Information Law Request

The Freedom of Information Law ("FOIL") provides access to government records. You can read the FOIL statute here.

To submit a FOIL request to the Conflicts of Interest Board, please send an email to foil@coib.nyc.gov. Please include as much specific information as you can relating to the documents. Please note that we will notify you in advance if there is a fee for producing any documents in response to your FOIL request.
