If you believe that a New York City employee has violated the City's conflicts of interest law, the Board encourages you to file a complaint with us. The Board's Enforcement Unit reviews each complaint and refers it to the Department of Investigation, the Board's statutory investigator, for investigation and report. All complaints are confidential and may be submitted anonymously.
