Job Status

 

Sign-up to receive free email notifications on the status of construction projects filed with the Department. Use this form to sign-up to receive weekly job status email notifications and enter your email address and the Job Number(s) of the construction project(s) you want to receive status updates. The Department will send you weekly emails showing the status of each Job Number entered.

To find your Construction Project Job Number, go to Buildings Information System (BIS) and enter the address of the building and click Jobs/Filings on the Property Profile Overview. The Job Number and the Job Status for each of the projects at that building will be displayed.

 

 

NOTE: Email notifications will not be sent for a Job Number with a Job Status of completed, signed off, or signed off + letter of completion. DOB NOW: Build job numbers are also not available at this time for email notifications.
