EBC Newsletters
The New York City Existing Building Code (EBC) will govern alteration applications filed on and after July 17, 2027. The Department will publish monthly newsletters to engage with and educate Code users. These newsletters will publicize upcoming events, highlight key Code concepts, and will provide available resources.
Each monthly edition will be uploaded to this page. Topics include:
