General Surgery

Many procedures can be performed on ambulatory or out-patient basis, which allows patients to return home the same day after the procedure. Once you arrive at our beautiful Ambulatory Surgery Suite, you'll receive the best surgical care available and be home with your family by dinnertime! Our state-of-the-art facility offers registration, pre-operative assessments, family waiting rooms and recovery areas all in one convenient, comfortable location.

Surgeons at NCBH are skilled at performing a variety of procedures. From ambulatory surgery to conditions which require post-operative hospitalizations, our surgeons are dedicated to utilizing the latest surgical procedures to help you get back onto the road to recovery as quickly as possible.


Breast Surgery

The increasing rate of breast cancer makes good breast care a priority for all women. Our Breast Service is a program dedicated to the prevention, care and management of breast disease. We provide regular imaging through mammography and ultrasound. We also offer full treatment services provided by a team of physicians from Oncology, General Surgery and Plastic Surgery, each of whom has expertise in the treatment of breast cancer.


Orthopaedic Surgery

Some orthopaedic conditions, such as joint pain from arthritis, can turn the simplest activities of everyday living into misery. North Central's Sports Medicine and Joint Reconstruction Service provides expert surgical procedures which effectively eliminate chronic joint pain, restore range of movement and return patients to a full and active lifestyle.


Plastic Surgery

NCBH's expert team of plastic surgeons offer a wide range of reconstructive surgery to treat areas related to congenital defects, trauma, or cancer. Cosmetic and elective procedures are also performed.


Podiatry

Podiatrists at NCBH treat a variety of conditions of the foot. From diabetic foot wounds to bunions and heel spurs and other forms of forefoot deformities, our specialists will determine whether your condition can be treated with orthotics or other non surgical methods or if surgery is required.


Ophthalmology

NCBH's ophthalmologists are dedicated to offering patients comprehensive eye care. Using the latest diagnostic procedures, our specialists are trained to diagnosis and treat an array of vision problems and ophthalmologic disorders including glaucoma, cataracts, macular degeneration, corneal disease and more.
