Summer meals have featured arugula and other lettuces for salads; basil; cilantro; sweet Melissa; dill and tarragon for salad dressings; blueberries; blackberries; Japanese eggplants; pole beans; beets; and bell peppers. Yum! The center’s rooftop nutrition workshops also focus on healthy eating.
