Neighborhood Opportunity Network (NeON)

What is NeON? NeON is a network of community organizations, government agencies, local businesses, and community residents focused on connecting probation clients who live in the target neighborhood to opportunities, resources and services.
Whom does NeON serve? People on probation meet with their probation officers in community settings. What is the primary goal of the NeON? To help clients succeed and make communities stronger and safer.
