The Mayor's Management Report (MMR), which is mandated by the City Charter, provides a twice-yearly update on how well NYC agencies are performing in delivering services. It includes both a full-year review and an early update, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness.
The Dynamic Mayor's Management Report is an interactive digital version of the MMR, offering regular updates to enhance government transparency and accountability.
The Temporary Housing Assistance Report provides a monthly overview on emergency housing assistance usage, as codified in section 3-11.6 of the New York City Administrative Code (“Ad. Code”) through adoption of Local Law 79 of 2022 (“Local Law 79”) and Local Law 136 of 2024 (“Local Law 136”). Local Law 79 requires City agencies to report on, among other metrics, the utilization of and applications for multi-agency emergency housing assistance and exists from City-administered facilities. Local Law 136 builds on Local Law 79 to mandate further reporting on domestic violence emergency and tier II shelters. Learn more about Temporary Housing Assistance Usage on NYC Open Data.
