Enhanced Energy Affordability Program (EEAP)
Monthly gas/electric bill discounts for moderate income NYC households
NYC households with incomes up to $175,000 can save up to $33/ month off their electric and $135/ month off their gas bills. Discount depends on household size, income, and utility type.
Eligibility
- Gas/electric account with Con Edison or National Grid
- Not already on another bill discount program
- Proof of income (verified via Promise Verified)
- Income at or below limit for household size (see below)
