Through this Request for Qualifications (RFQ), the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) aims to establish a pre-qualified list of organizations who may provide monitoring services to Housing Development Fund Corporation Cooperatives. Qualified “Coop Monitors” will provide crucial technical assistance to ensure the stability and longevity of HDFC coops operating across the city.
