Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is comprised of New York City leaders who are prominent within the financial, commercial, industrial, professional, real estate or other business communities, as well as City government. The Board is responsible for the general management of the affairs and property of the Mayor's Fund to Advance New York City. In addition, the Board of Directors has the power to employ personnel, authorize expenditures, and take all necessary and proper steps to carry out the purposes of the Mayor's Fund and to promote its best interests.
