Enrolling in autopay will ensure that your property tax or payment plan payments are automatically deducted from your bank account on time. You can register to pay your bill monthly, quarterly, semiannually, or annually.
If you enroll in autopay, you will receive electronic payment reminders.
To get started, visit the NYCePay site to confirm your eligibility and sign up for automatic payments.

Note: When you sign up for monthly autopay, you will be paying your upcoming property taxes in advance of their due date. Quarterly, semiannual, and annual payments will be deducted on the due date.
Once you enroll, your payments will start on the next property tax due date. Past-due taxes will not be included in these payments. You must pay past-due taxes separately.
You have the option to choose monthly, quarterly, semiannual, or annual payments. To choose quarterly or semiannual payments, select the “auto-debit” option.

How your payments will be deducted depends on when you enroll in autopay.

| September 1 | $1,500 | You owe $3,000 on October 1. Because you registered for advance monthly payments in August, that $3,000 will be split into two payments: September 1 and October 1. |

| November 1 | $1,000 | You owe $3,000 on January 1. This is your first full quarter making monthly payments. From now on, the amount you owe will be evenly divided among three monthly payments. |
