Per Local Law 83 of 2021, the Mayor's Office of Ethnic and Community Media is required to report annually on each agency's full advertising spend across all media categories (ethnic and community, mainstream, print, digital, radio, tv, out-of-home, social media, etc.). The spending data used has been self-reported by City agencies to MOECM.
In these reports, the fiscal year covers July 1st to June 30th.
