Advance & Earn is an innovative career pathway initiative that meets young people where they are to provide comprehensive and continuous programming.

Get certified in high-demand Industries

Eligibility Requirements 

• NYC Residents

• Age 16 to 24

• Not in school and not working

• Authorized to work in the United States

• At least 5th grade reading level on Adult Basic Education

• High School Diploma or HSE (for Advanced Training Track only)
