Residential Maintenance Staff Training

This Clean Buildings training course provides residential building staff with a solid understanding of waste management procedures through different workshops and activities.

Participants who successfully complete the program by meeting the course requirements will receive a Clean Buildings Training Certificate.

To qualify for the training certificate, you must:

Currently work in the NYC residential building maintenance field
Attend the training course
Complete a site visit with DSNY staff at your building
Demonstrate an outstanding apartment building waste management program
