Disability Service Facilitator
Under Local Law 27 of 2016, New York City agencies are required to appoint a Disability Service Facilitator to comply with and carry out their responsibilities under the Americans with Disabilities Act and other federal, state, and local laws, as well as regulations concerning accessibility for persons with disabilities.
