If you need plumbing work done at your property, you should hire a Licensed Master Plumber. If you would like to report brown water, a noisy neighbor, an open fire hydrant, or clogged catch basin, please visit Report an Issue to learn more about submitting your complaint to 311.

Our customer service representatives can help you look up your water and sewer account information, schedule service inspections, repairs, and permit requests, and help you understand your payment options.

Borough Offices

Customers can receive service at any Borough Office regardless of their Borough of residence. Walk-in services are provided in the Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan and Staten Island Borough Offices, however to visit the Queens Borough Office, all customers must schedule an appointment by calling 718-595-3258.
