The Asbestos Control Program has launched an application portal for certified handlers, supervisors, and investigators. As of September 10, 2025, applicants should use the Asbestos Control Program: Online Certification Portal to submit both initial and renewal applications. If applicants have any questions, email kramsawak@dep.nyc.gov.
