Our Engineering team is currently experiencing a high volume of Site Connection requests, which is leading to longer response times than we had anticipated. We sincerely appreciate your patience during this busy period.

To help manage expectations, please keep the following guidelines in mind:

• You may request a status update 5 weeks after your submission.
• If you are inquiring about the status of a site connection proposal, we kindly ask that you allow at least 5 weeks from the submission date before reaching out for an update.

Please note that requests for application status will only be addressed 5 weeks after the application has been submitted.
