Our Engineering team is currently experiencing a high volume of Site Connection requests and a human capital shortage, which is leading to longer response times than we had anticipated. We sincerely appreciate your patience during this busy period.

To help manage expectations, please keep the following guidelines in mind:

• Site Connection and House Connection reviews are taking 6-7 weeks on average, per submission.
  
• You may request a status update 6 weeks after your submission.
  

Please note that requests for application status will only be addressed 6 weeks after the application has been submitted.
