Thursday, February 19, 2026, 5 pm ET

• All requests that include Borough President funding

Thursday, March 19, 2026, 5 pm ET

• All requests that include City Council and/or Mayoral funding only 
  

Check with your Borough President and/or Council Member to determine whether they have applications with earlier deadlines – separate from the official request process.

Cultural Capital Funding requests must be submitted through the official CapGrants Portal to be considered by funding sources (Borough President, City Council, and/or Mayor).
