M/WBE Program

DCAS is dedicated to helping minority and women-owned businesses (M/WBE) do business with the City of New York. City contractors should reflect the diversity of our city, and this diversity provides opportunities for all of our communities and helps spark innovation, strengthen engagement, and drive continuous improvement.

The NYC M/WBE program is designed to promote City government contracting and subcontracting opportunities for businesses certified as minority and women-owned with a real and substantial presence in New York City and surrounding counties. To learn more about the benefits of New York City M/WBE certification and the process or to obtain the certification application, click on M/WBE Certification and Access.
