The Civil Service Pathways Fellowship Program (CSPF) is a joint effort between the Department of Citywide Administrative Services (DCAS) and the City University of New York (CUNY) to put CUNY graduates on the fast track to becoming permanent City employees. The fellowship is a two-year program in which participants work full time at a City agency, receive professional development, and become eligible to take at least one civil service exam after the first year.
