Electronic Financial Disclosure (EFD) Filers

Agency heads, deputy agency heads, assistant agency heads, policymakers, members of the management pay plan level M4 or above, contract filers, elected officials, and compensated board and commission members are required to file annual disclosure reports electronically. Uncompensated board and commission members file a short form annual disclosure report.

EFD filers report information relating to: City and non-City income, City and non-City employment and business, positions held, deferred income, gifts received, interests in government contracts, investments in business, interest in securities, money owed by and to the filer, and relatives in City service.

Policymaking Boards and Commissions (PBC) Filers

Uncompensated members of policymaking boards and commissions are required to file annual disclosure reports with the Board pursuant to the Administrative Code § 12-110(b)(3)(a)(1).

Public Authorities Accountability Act (PAAA) Filers

Board members, officers, and employees of local public authorities, which include local industrial development agencies, local public benefit corporations, and City-affiliated not-for-profit corporations, are required to file annual disclosure reports pursuant to New York City Administrative Code § 12-110(b)(3)(a)(6) and the Public Authorities Accountability Act of 2005.

Assessors

Pursuant to New York City Administrative Code § 12-110(b)(3)(a)(5) and the New York State Real Property Tax Law § 336(3), New York City Department of Finance tax assessors are required to file an annual disclosure report.
