Filing Requirements & Deadlines
If you are a candidate for City elective office and have registered with the New York City Campaign Finance Board (“CFB”) to receive matching funds, you must file an annual disclosure report with COIB to receive those funds.

How do I file?
The Partial (9-Month) 2024 report must be completed using a PDF fillable report form provided by COIB, which is available here:

The Full 2024 report must be filed electronically using COIB’s Electronic Financial Disclosures (EFD) filing application. The EFD filing application will be available by January 2, 2025.
