On May 28th, Mayor Mamdani announced the creation of the Commission on Government Efficiency, or COGE, a Charter Revision Commission tasked with making City government work better for New Yorkers. New Yorkers are invited to submit public comment to COGE, either in-person at COGE’s 10 hearings across all five boroughs or by submitting virtual public comment.
