Cannabis Application
The NYC Office of Cannabis Management (OCM) requires that applicants submit their request for licensing to their local municipality in the district where they want to establish the business.
CB5 requires that applicants who propose to establish a legal Cannabis site in the district, complete the CB5 Questionnaire and attend the Cannabis Committee meeting for initial review. The CB5 Cannabis Committee meets every 1st Monday of the month at 6:30pm, from September through June.
Through this process, CB5 submits a recommendation to the NYC Office of Cannabis Management to support or deny support based on identified concerns with the proposed site for the Cannabis License.
