The Guest Relations Department provides information and education on patient rights to patients, family members, visitors and staff.  The department provides a centralized place where patient/family members and visitors can have their complaints, concerns, suggestions and compliments reviewed.  In addition, the department enhances the channel of communication between patients and staff and interprets hospital policies, procedures and services to patients, their families and visitors.
