Jeffrey Papa

Jeff Papa is Managing Director/Regional Director of the Consumer Bank in Manhattan for JP Morgan Chase. Jeff manages a network of 113 branches across the Region with deposit/investment balances of $100 billion. In his role, Jeff leads a team of 10 Market Directors dedicated to growing the bank’s Consumer Bank business and delivering a great customer experience. 
 
Prior to moving to Manhattan, Jeff had a similar position in New York North/ Connecticut Markets. During his 26 years with J.P. Morgan Chase, he has held several positions across the company’s footprint. Prior to moving to New York Jeff held senior manager positions in Chicago, Cleveland, and Denver. 
 
Jeff is a member of the company's Ambassador Program, as well as previously chairing the Market Leadership Team in Illinois. He is currently involved in the Manhattan Market Leadership Team, and is a leader in all 10 Business Resource Groups in New York. He also leads the Divisional Culture Council along with the Divisional Market Director Banking and Branch Manager Mentorship Program.
   
Jeff graduated from Youngstown State University with a Bachelor Degree in Marketing and a MBA in Finance. He grew up in Boardman, Ohio and now resides with his family in Cross River, NY.
