Language Access Plan

Local Law 30 of 2017 expands Executive Order 120 of 2008 to provide language access services in the designated citywide languages in order to improve access to city services for limited English proficiency individuals.

The Language Access Plan developed by DORIS will ensure that all patrons and prospective patrons will receive professional treatment and have access to language services regardless of the primary language they speak.
