Wayne McKenzie
Wayne McKenzie serves as Deputy Commissioner of Legal & External Affairs and General Counsel, providing legal guidance to agency leadership while overseeing compliance, legislative affairs and key external relationships and strategic engagements. He helps ensure DOP’s work is legally sound, responsive, and aligned with broader City priorities.
