Current City employees of Mayoral Agencies, the Department of Education, the New York City Housing Authority, Elected Officials, City University of New York Community Colleges and other PMS Agencies can choose to have their W-2, 1127 Waiver and 1095-C forms delivered electronically instead of by paper copy.
Electronic Delivery is voluntary, secure, and accurate.
Employees who choose this option will receive an email providing instructions for accessing their electronic W-2, 1127 Waiver, and 1095-C forms. The electronic version can be printed and/or saved.
If you do not choose electronic delivery you will continue receiving paper copies from your agency.
Login to your NYCAPS Employee Self-Service (ESS) account and change your W-2 print and delivery status as illustrated below.
Note: CUNY employees must see their College campus payroll officers to select electronic delivery.
If you have previously chosen electronic delivery, you do not have to re-enroll. Your W-2 statement is available at NYCAPS Employee Self-Service (ESS).
