Voting at Nostrand

Beginning Wednesday, November 8, 2023, and ending Thursday, December 7, 2023, Nostrand Houses residents had the opportunity to vote on the future of their development. See below for final vote results.

Final Vote results:

On December 14, 2023, the following results were announced by MK Elections, the election administrator overseeing the vote at Nostrand Houses:

Trust: 464 votes

Remain in Section 9: 172 votes

PACT: 163 votes

Resident Turnout

The votes of 808 residents of Nostrand Houses were counted.
Of these, 573 are Heads of Household at Nostrand, representing 56% of all Heads of Household at the development. Accordingly, the minimum Head of Household participation threshold required by the Trust legislation and set by the voting procedures at 20% has been met.
