Memoranda of Understanding and Similar Agreements

The Mayor’s Office of Media and Entertainment, like other City agencies, must post on its website certain memoranda of understanding and similar agreements (“MOUs”) that it has with other governmental agencies, pursuant to NYC Administrative Code section 3-113 (Local Law 40 of 2011). The MOUs are below:

1. MOME's MOU with the Department of Small Business Services concerning entertainment-related workforce development programs (April 23, 2025)
2. MOME's MOU (with amendments) with the Parks Department concerning the Movies Under the Stars Program (last amended March 31, 2025)
3. MOME's MOU (with amendments) with the Parks Department concerning free concerts in New York City (last amended May 6, 2025)
