Housing Retention and Stabilization Services RFQ - Pre-Submission RSVP Form

The New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) invites not-for-profit service providers to submit proposals to be established to a pre-qualified list (PQL) to provide Housing Retention and Stabilization Services in HPD- assisted projects with units for formerly homeless households.

A pre-submission conference will be held at 3:00pm – 4:30pm on February 7, 2020 at 100 Gold Street, Room 8F14, New York, NY 10038. Interested organizations are strongly encouraged to attend the conference. Those planning on attending the Pre-Submission Conference must RSVP using the following Form.
