Strategic Plans

After September 11th, 2001, the FDNY had to recover and rebuild. Part of that effort was strategic planning. The first FDNY Strategic Plan was published in 2004. Strategic Plans set goals and outline objectives that help guide the Department, including its operations, safety of the public and FDNY members, diversity, infrastructure, equipment and technology.
