Note 1: Seven (7) meetings have been scheduled for 2025.

Note 2: The public sessions of these meetings are live events. You can watch the event passively via the "YouTube Stream" link. Alternatively, you can join the live session virtually via MS Teams. After the live session concludes, the video will be available for offline viewing from the same link. Meeting documents, including the agenda and meeting minutes, will also be provided. The agenda will be available prior to the meeting, and the minutes will be posted afterward.

Note 3: You are welcome to join the public session of the meeting either in person or virtually.

For in-person attendance, please visit the EEPC's Office. To participate virtually via MS Teams, click the link provided above in the "Join Meeting - Register" section. Registered participants will be visible and heard live during the session. Please ensure you register at least one hour before the meeting. If you wish to speak or ask questions, you must communicate this to the meeting organizer via the chat tool available in MS Teams. And indicate on which agenda item you want to talk.
