Q: What are the qualifications needed to work at DOI?

A: The necessary qualifications depend on the specific position. Generally, Investigator positions require a baccalaureate degree or previous investigative experience; Auditor positions require a degree with a minimum of 24 credits in Accounting or Auditing; and Attorney positions require a Juris Doctor (JD) and passing the state bar exam. However, applicants should review each posting carefully for the exact qualifications requested. In all cases, we have many more applicants than available positions and only those selected will be called in for an interview. Any experience above the minimum, including any paid or unpaid internship experience, should be included on your resume.
