Community Services Board (CSB)

The CSB is formed pursuant to New York State Mental Hygiene Law and New York City Charter to advise the NYC Commissioner of Health and Mental Hygiene’s Executive Deputy Commissioner in all areas related to the City's facilities, services, and programs for mental health and mental/developmental disabilities. The CSB also advises on the City's alcohol and drug prevention and treatment facilities, services, and programs.

Upcoming Meetings

The Core CSB meets quarterly. CSB subcommittees meet at a minimum of twice a year.
