Get the Good Stuff

New Yorkers who participate in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP/EBT) can get free fruits, vegetables and beans at certain NYC supermarkets through Get the Good Stuff, a NYC Health Department program. Eligible foods include:

  • Frozen fruits, vegetables and beans without added sugar, salt or fat
  • Canned and jarred fruits, vegetables, beans and lentils without added sugar, salt or fat
