DOC Spokesperson Peter Thorne: “Effective May 10th 2017, Deputy Director Antonio Cruz of DOC’s Investigation Division is named the Department’s Acting Deputy Commissioner Investigation Division. Mr. Cruz assumes the duties of Deputy Commissioner Greg Kuczinski."
