The last day to submit a payment or enter into a payment agreement for the 2020 lien sale has been extended. During this time, DEP will continue to work with property-owners whose water and sewer liens are at risk of being sold. Property owners who received a sale warning notice must pay what they owe or enter into a payment agreement as soon as possible in order to avoid being included in the lien sale. How to Pay

Due to COVID-19 and social distancing requirements, we recommend that you submit your lien sale payment online, by phone, or by mail. Lien-eligible customers who are unable to pay online (view how to pay online), by mail (view how to pay by mail) or by telephone (view how to pay by telephone), may do so in person by appointment only at one of our Customer Service Borough Offices.
