The Department of Citywide Administrative Services' Civil Service Pathways Fellowship (CSPF) is a two-year program for City University of New York (CUNY) graduates designed to create a pipeline from college to a career in civil service. The fellowship is full-time and offers a competitive salary and benefits.

Selected participants are hired into high-demand positions across the city in one of six professional/career tracks:

  • Policy and Program Analysis ($47,415)
  • Procurement and Finance ($47,415)
  • Information Technology and Data Analysis ($52,167)
  • Creative Services and Digital Media ($47,415)
  • Project Management ($47,415)
  • Architecture and Engineering ($52,167)

Fellows will receive specialized training which qualifies them to take a civil service exam after completing the first year of the program.

To be eligible for this fellowship, you must:

  • Have a bachelor’s degree from The City University of New York (CUNY) by January 2025.
  • Be able to demonstrate eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Live within the five boroughs of New York City.
