The E. Virgil Conway College Scholar Awards (CSA)

Who is eligible?

Children of at least one permanent civil service employee with at least 2 years of continuous, full-time service. Gross family income for 2023 (generally, the income of both parents or guardians) must be $125,000 or less.

What are the selection criteria?

Selection is based on outstanding scholastic/academic achievement, demonstration of leadership, a solid record of school and community activity and service, and SAT or ACT scores.

Who can apply?

Eligible students can apply. Both students and parents/guardians must sign the application.
